PAAL Steering Committee

The Steering Committee for PAAL helps articulate project elements, policy/solution language, prioritize goals for PAAL, refine mission, and promote crowdfunding efforts in order for PAAL to actualize its provisions to parent artists.

PAAL Chief Representatives (Chief Reps)

Chief Reps serve as the voice for their community to PAAL and the voice of PAAL to their community. They may contribute to projects, goals, and evolution but likely focus on actualizing the PAAL efforts within their community. For efforts where time or ability does not allow, the Chief Rep may delegate away to either a PAAL rep or local ally who would be an ideal partner for collaboration on the project specified.

Community Representatives (Reps)

Reps engage on a project basis and pursue actualizing goals/initiatives in a focused endeavor. Reps collaborate with the Chief Rep where applicable to connect and build community support around PAAL endeavors. Reps are able to lead and shape focused efforts on their own without the Chief Rep involvement as long as the focused efforts are communicated to PAAL for synergy, but communication with Chief Reps is encouraged to build support and help from local PAAL participants.
